The most honest appliance repair person I have ever dealt with! We had a large commercial 2 door glass freezer that was acting up. We called Whaley Foodservice to come out and work on the freezer. After 3 visits from Whaley and the freezer failed 2 more times and we called Refrigeration Aid (Eli) out. He spent over an hour looking at the freezer and then said everything that Whaley did for us was a waste of money and the condenser was failing. He also said that it was not worth repairing the freezer. Eli did not even charge us a service call. He said he couldn't fix it and he would not charge us. Yet Whaley charged us over $700 and the freezer still didn't work. This is the first honest refrigeration person I have ever deal with. Call Eli...he is amazing.
